Boston Pizza Dauphin delivered us some of the best services we had in Manitoba. Our traveling basketball team was there with a group of 15 for the national championships. The manager was very accommodating for our large group at the moment and had always prepared the place before our arrival. Food came fast and hot and the guys never had to ask for a refill. Love Boston Pizza just not this one. The advertisement on TV says get in and out in no time. We waited an hour and 10 min before we received any food. No apologies not even a refill on a drink. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced at any restaurant. Avoid this establishment at any cost. Jim if you were to visit this Boston Pizza you would shut down in no time. Very disappointing. Ordered a chicken pecan salad. No chicken, no eggs, lettuce browning. Did delivery chicken. Almost 20 dollars? Wow!
My friend and I had supper in the lounge. It was a good experience. Our server, Eric, was a very friendly man. He gave us excellent service. We both had the ribs and they were good as usual. A nice place to go if you are into sports as they have a few T.V's . I would recommend this restaurant to any of my friends
Spend a lot of time watching NFL in BP's in a lot of towns. Dauphin has 6 nice tvs with hockey (Buf/Bos) on Monday night. Draft taps not working. Had the pleasure of drinking bottled beer at twice the price. Servers were good, not their fault. No schooners available at BP's during MNF, that's just stupid.
I really like Boston Pizza, just not this one. Service has really gone down hill since it was revamped and changed management. It's generally rude and very slow, even when it's empty in the restaurant and lounge, which really makes a person not want to be there and spend their money at an establishment like that. But for their part, the cactus cut fries, red sangria, baked chipotle pasta and most of the pizzas are very good. Service just kills it.
A good place for couples, families, individuals. Tuesday pasta specials were worth having and we had enough for a second meal the next day. The service was good, friendly, and accurate.
