Today I got three kebabs that were completely soggy and had nothing in them, and then I ordered a family pizza where everything was just thrown on top. And then they had the nerve to tell me on the phone that I'd ordered wrong and that it was my fault when I told two people beforehand that I wanted three different toppings, not everything together. I've rarely experienced such outrageous service, especially since I've ordered there several times and am a regular customer.
