I’ve read some of the reviews on here and am quite shocked at the bad ones. My partner and I come here often for little lunch or dinner dates. I’ve always found the service great and the unison hello from the chefs as you walk in super special! The food is always great and fresh tasting, I like the fact that you can get up and grab drinks when you want. As soon as the staff realise your done they come over quickly, t... View all feedback.

Quite expensive for what it is. The service was initially nice, then became quite rude when asking prices for takeaway and subsequently taking a while to decide what to order. At one point the service lady rolled her eyes while shaking her head and walking away. Won't be going again.
Bit variable as far as sushi goes, some days it's great others it's average. Generally the thing that annoys me is the grubby dining room. Staff appear understaffed and never sweep or clean. It's not appealing eating when these wasabi on the floor and crumbs/rice everywhere. Probably a management problem. We would come a lot more if staffing was sorted out.
When it first opened I was addicted to the food, the staff were ever so friendly and the prices were ok. I am however not going to be returning as my last experience yesterday confirmed some of the other reviews I have read. There is an older grey haired lady who should not be allowed on the floor due to her rudeness and indifferent attitude towards her customers. To treat customers with an attitude that they are nothing tells me this business would rather go broke than serve. I would much rather take the longer trip into the city than grace this place with my money again. 1 Star was still too much.
Unassuming humble Japanese sushi train restaurant with excellent service and an occasional experiment of a little bit of fusion in the food. Outstanding items include purple rice sushi, Vietnamese inspired vegetable roll and avocado salmon sushi. Very capable chef cutting and rolling sushi right besides you in an open bar counter ensures freshness in your food all the time.
