I had heard my friends talking about this restaurant, so I decided to give it a try today, and it was fantastic! The Hokkien noodles with spicy salt squid were incredibly tasty. I also loved the huge pocket cracker, which was only $3! I will definitely be returning! View all feedback.
What Brightone Nik doesn't like about Hingston Chinese Takeaway:
Hingston is popular with locals and take away food, staff busy on phones. Charge for card payment. Floor not clean. Service is simple. Price for eating in more expensive than for take away... same dish Spicy meat vegetable dish was spicy, seafood mixed dish was enough for two, and roasted duck was crispy with few bones (good) total cost 109$. Not for budget travellers. Once was enough. Food: 4 View all feedback.
Dear Darwin people, as an overseas student, I can guarantee that they will cost the truly authentic Chinese cuisine from here. not such dishes redesigned (overdosed msg and oyster sauce) among most Chinese restaurant in au.
Great cosy place. Lovely and friendly owner. My favourite was the sweet and sour pork which was very crispy! Also accommodated food allergies (no egg)!
Great and popular restaurant, amazing food and service! Suggest make a reservation before you go
Reliably tasty Cantonese style. Roast duck. Crispy skin chicken. Ordered earlier in the day for the whole steamed fish. Red emperor tonight. Heaps of flavour.
First visit for me. Pleasant young lady provided me with polite, adequate service. I enjoyed the food. I noticed that they were particularly busy with take away meals. The walls of the restuarent need to be cleaned. Otherwise satisfactory.
