Best Chinese restaurant in Blackburn with Darwen! My family can be quite picky when it comes to Chinese food; we have our favorites, and finding a good local spot has been a challenge. Recently, we decided to try Goblet Hill Chef, and the food was amazing! The prices were reasonable, and the portion sizes were generous.
