First time, but definitely not last time we will visit! Plenty of great menu options for everyone, amazing service, portions were large and the food was absolutely amazing. Flavourful and cooked to perfection! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pür Simple:
The egg benedict was one of the worst I've tasted. Just bland. The coffee was terrible. The home fries were good but came with cold cheese on top that you had to wait a few minutes to melt. The service was slow and inattentive and it wasn't busy. The design of the place feels cheap and cold.Lots of parking to try the bland overpriced food.Go to IHOP. I ordered the Mish Mash, which includes bacon, sausage, ham, mushrooms, red onions, green peppers, and cheddar, accompanied by their famous hash browns and toast. I requested no vegetables in my omelet and no onions in my hash browns, as that’s my personal preference. The food arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered. The omelet was filled generously with cheese, the hash browns were perfectly seasoned, and the toast was excellent. I do wish they used the same delicious butter on the toast that comes in the little packages. The service was fantastic; they consistently checked to ensure we had everything we needed, and the restaurant itself was very clean. I highly recommend this place for breakfast, as it’s my favorite breakfast spot. I’ll definitely have to come back to try lunch sometime!
The food was respectable, but it didn't stand out in any remarkable way. We waited an hour to be seated, and then had to wait an additional hour and a half for our meals to arrive. In total, I spent two hours for a dining experience that was ultimately underwhelming.
The service and atmosphere were satisfactory. They had a good selection of gluten-free options, which was a nice touch. The portion sizes were generous and the dishes looked appealing, but the flavors were unfortunately quite bland. I tried the Mexican skillet, while my wife opted for the huevos rancheros. Describing them as mediocre would actually be a compliment. Everything was severely lacking in seasoning, including their so-called famous potatoes. A little fresh cilantro or lime juice could have made a significant difference. Even the salsa failed to impress. The children's menu, aside from offering bacon and eggs, was mostly filled with sugary choices. Our meal for two adults and a child, plus one black coffee, totaled $60. We won't be coming back. Dietary restrictions: It's great that they offer gluten-free options.
During my initial visit to Pur Simple in the fall of 2019, I was thoroughly impressed with both the staff and the food. However, upon returning for subsequent meals, I noticed a decline in both quality. Today, I ordered the Fried Chicken Eggs Benedict, but unfortunately, the eggs arrived cold and rubbery. Our server was absent, so another staff member took the dish back for us. After a wait of six minutes, they brought out a new plate, which was a minor improvement, yet this time the eggs were cooked medium instead of the soft texture I had specifically requested. All I'm asking for is a bit more attention to quality control. If things don’t improve, I may sadly have to consider finding a new spot for Sunday breakfast.
I had breakfast at this restaurant this morning for the first time, and I was truly impressed. There was no wait to get in, and our food arrived hot and delicious. Our server, Lindsay, was fantastic—she checked on us regularly without being overbearing. She even recommended a sriracha hollandaise sauce that was absolutely incredible. The coffee was excellent as well, but it came in a small cup, so for a coffee lover like me, it felt more like a little shot! The atmosphere was a bit noisy, but that was likely due to how busy it was. I really enjoyed the menu and can't wait to try more dishes on my next visit. Plus, it's only a five-minute drive from my house, which is a nice perk!
