We have gotten delivery from this Pizza Hut once and collected food to go once. The delivery arrived quickly and the food was hot and what you expect from Pizza Hut. The food was ready on time when we collected it from the restaurant. Recommended for anyone who likes pizza. View all feedback.
What lynnsurette doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Picked Pizza Hut for our monthly lunch date for the group. It was ok the buffet was half full when we arrived at 1230 but much was cold or barely warm. Server was great but rushed off her feet getting drinks for whole place. We had buffet but not likely to return for that View all feedback.
My partner and I Went in yesterday evening for dinner, ordered a medium stuffed crust pizza with meat lover toppings and a 8 piece boneless wings. The pizza was great but my wings were UNDER COOKED and pink. Our friends who also ordered hadn2 orders of wings and some of there were also undercooked.
Just ordered a thin crust pizza to pick up very good pizza and it was ready on time did not eat in.
I have been waiting 6 days for my refund due to not getting my pizza because of a power outage. They will not answer my calls. Can anyone help me get my $12.91 back?
Hi, just wanted to give some feedback. Food might be good but the customer service is terrible as well as trying to get in contact with them. I placed an order for delivery and 2 minutes after realized I forgot to add sides of sauce and pepsi. Didnt wait and made the phone call asap to find me waiting on hold for 15-20minutes. By the time I was answered, I explained that I was on hold this whole time and just wanted to add some sauce and pepsi to the order before it’s delivered. The person on the line replied “oh sorry, unfortunately theres nothing I can do now, the order was already sent out on delivery” and I repeated myself explaining how if the line was answered from the first couple of minutes, we wouldnt have this issue, yet again he replied “sorry, unfortunately theres nothing I can do now”, so what did I suggest, can you have someone deliver it to me then and ill pay for it on arrival, “sorry unfortunately you cant do that, its prepaid”, yes I know its prepaid and is why I suggested paying on arrival. Anyways, to sum the story up, they tried making me pay twice for delivery even after paying almost 70$ for the last one when it was there fault for not answering the phone on time. Hire better workers, or more. Phone service is useless if you cant get a hold of them and the people that are answering dont use any logic.
It's horrible that you can only take out there. You can sit where the restaurant used to be, but there were pizza boxes on the tables, and it wasn't clean . Chairs scattered around and napkins over the floor. But I will say the pizza tasted good. But the venue is horrible.
