Mezza Lebanese Kitchen Forest Hills Pkwy

This restaurant is the worst out of all the locations. They consistently forgot items on multiple orders, and when I called to have the orders fixed, they hung up on me. I will never go back.

Why does the Cole Harbour Mezza have such terrible customer service? I was visiting my disabled sister and taking her to her favorite spot, which may not be a big deal to most, but it meant a lot to her. We walked into the store with smiles, asking how they were, and received no response - not even a hint of a smile. It didn't bother us too much, as we were still happy. However, in the brief 10 minutes we were in the store, there were multiple instances that made us feel like we were intruders, disrespected, and unwelcome. The final straw was when the staff tossed the garlic containers into the bags. I wish I had a video to show how poorly we were treated, so that others could see. Spending $55 is not a huge expense for me, but it will be the last time our family and friends will visit any Mezza location.

This is the worst food I have ever had! I'm not sure if the chicken was old or just not fresh at all. I got food poisoning afterwards.

I got my food through skip which was a mistake. They took so long to deliver I was afraid the food was going to be terrible. I was wrong. The food was amazing. This was my 1st experience with Mezza and won't be my last. Thank you so much for the fantastic food. My only complaint was the price but I wanted to try it!!
