Mcdonald's Restaurants - Dartmouth

Decided to stop at Mcdonald’s for supper after city shopping and wanted to get my daughter a happy meal with a milkshake the young girl in the pay window wouldn’t let me saying “she can’t ring that in” which I don’t understand as I’ve come through many times and got my happy meal with a milkshake for my kid as she wanted I don’t get how hard it is to ring in a happy meal with a milkshake. I asked for the girls name so I could call the store but no answer she said her name was Katy I just don’t get how hard it is to ring it in since I get it all the time

McDonald's will always be what it is... a place where you can get exactly the same every time. You don't go for prime rib, but then you don't pay prime rib prices. I stop at this location every morning on my way to the office for my morning coffee and it's always a very good cup of coffee. When I order a meal on the run or just a snack for the road, I know what I'm getting. What separates this place from the others is the quick turn around time. I don't know why they are so quick at this location, but the staff are a machine and that's what i want when I'm in morning traffic.

While I think this particular location has improved its sanitation in the main dining area, it has not improved the speed (it IS fast food, right? or the lack of management. Teenagers frequently use the children's play structure, which can be dangerous for the younger children, children and teens are allowed to stand on top of tables in the play area, and the cleanliness of that room is downright disgusting. The last time I ordered food there it took almost 10 minutes, and nothing was a special order. I don't know how this location will cope with the custom-burger idea McDonald's is currently floating. All complaints to the management of this location have been ignored.

Terrible experience !! I was collecting an order for skip the dishes from this location on December 29 2022 around 9:40pm , i was hungry and tried to order an apply pie from my own pocket, but the supervisor on shift told me that she will not give me anything from this location since im a delivery driver my basic right to buy food from a restaurant was denied, i begged her , she was hard like a rock and said “No food for you from here”. I asked her name but she refused to mention. I almost ran into tears. Very terrible experience. Shameful. She must be terminated for her actions

Nothing to write home about but it does what it says on the tin. Our McFlurries were great both times we visited.
