KFC - Dartmouth

I arrived at the restaurant 50 minutes before closing time on a Friday night and was informed that they only had 4 pieces of chicken left. They mentioned that they had already shut down the kitchen and would not be preparing any more food. I was very disappointed with this experience and do not plan on visiting this location again.

In recent years, the service at this restaurant has been poor, especially when ordering online. There are often missing items and long delivery times, even within a 4km radius (90 minutes or more). After reading other reviews, I am surprised that the Better Business Bureau has not taken any action on this issue.

I ordered a $42 meal for delivery, but the restaurant did not read the special instructions and I did not receive gravy with my order. Additionally, my order was left outside in the cold lobby instead of being brought to my door. I called the store and they did not offer much assistance. They told me to come get fries next time, but how would I know that I was supposed to receive fries? I also did not receive gravy for my fries. The chicken looked unappetizing and the portions were small. This was my first time ordering online from this restaurant and I will not be ordering from them again.

I swear they're serving pigeons. There's no way this is a chicken breast. The fries were cold. The coleslaw was gross. Runny and white. Bring back the sweet green stuff that KFC is known for. The Coronal would roll over in his grave if he could see what his beloved restaurants have become. Pitiful! They're putting themselves out of business.

Only thighs and legs available on a Sunday. Smh. What's the point of being open. I hate how the KFC franchise is operated inHalifax. Standards are greatly lacking. Flavour greatly lacking, sometimes rubbery chicken and a chicken breast cut in half being sold as 2 pieces. KFC is my favorite and I have had it in a few countries, THIS is the lowest standard I have encountered.
