Jugo Juice - Dartmouth

The restaurant is promoting their rewards program, however, the staff seems to be unaware of its details. When I asked for the rewards program, they appeared confused and struggled to scan it. I believe that after purchasing 6 items, the 7th one is free, but I am uncertain if my rewards are being scanned correctly. It seems the issue lies with management for not properly training their staff on the rewards program, especially since they are advertising it.

After signing up and making the journey to Dartmouth to visit this restaurant and enjoy a welcome smoothie while shopping, I was disappointed by the service. I do not live in Dartmouth, so it took some planning to get here, but I did not receive the smoothie as promised. The person I asked said the supervisor had to handle it, but this information was not mentioned on the website. The employees seemed unprepared for this situation and appeared confused when I showed them the email as proof.

What a joke. The turkey bacon wrap is about half the size of wraps you would buy in a supermarket and looks NOTHING like the picture. There is ONE slice of deli turkey, ONE slice of bacon and some limp lettuce and tomato. I had to open it and dissect it to find the meat. I'm not joking. I've been watching my calories closely lately so I asked which drink had the least calories. The guy had no idea. He guessed a protein one or a green one. I asked if there was a pamphlet with nutrition information. Nope. When I got home I looked up nutrition info and the drinks are very high in calories as was the itty bitty wrap. NEVER again.

Are you joking me!!! I'm waiting in line for Tim Hortons to open, and I see the man working at this location (Jugo Juice) putting ice in the dispenser, and then touching the ice with his bare hands. That's disgusting, man!!

They advertise their reward program, but the workers there literally don't know anything about it and we're confused when I asked about one and they're confused every time I try to scan them. I think if they have the rewards they receive the 7th, but I don't even know if they scan my right. I don't think it's the employee's fault, the manager should train them on this dinge, especially when they're advertising.
