so disappointed. Usually I like the pizza, but after 2 hours waiting (with reminder) we never got our order. I'm a pretty patient and vain person, but it's a little too late. so sad. like the pizza. I guess the things happen, but I had already fed the family so that I would have appreciated a deal. something from the tip or a voucher... nothing. I also type 20-25% in the rule. oh good. time to try another pizza place... View all feedback.
Just take off, so the low score for atmosphere is. Pretty good pizza. Definitely worth a try when in the Cole Harbour area
I have tried this restaurant multiple times, but I continue to be disappointed. I ordered a pizza for delivery online around 6:38pm and received a confirmation stating that it would arrive at 7:25pm. When I called at 7:50pm to inquire about my order, I was informed that they had not even started making it and that it would take another 30 to 45 minutes. There was no apology given, and it seems like the new owner is only making things worse.
Just the best Donair egg rolls, pizza and calzone in town. Just started ordering from here and it will be a weekly thing.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Despite usually enjoying their pizza, after waiting for 2 hours (even after reminding the staff), we never received our order. I am usually a patient person, but it was too late by that point. I was really disappointed as I do like their pizza. I was hoping for some sort of compensation given the circumstances, such as a discount or a voucher, but nothing was offered. I usually tip 20-25%, but after this experience, I think it's time to try another pizza place. However, after trying other options, I have come to the conclusion that this restaurant remains my top choice for pizza. The taste and variety of toppings they offer are unmatched, and I have not found anything similar elsewhere. Despite the one late delivery, I will continue to be a loyal customer because of the quality of their food.
I ordered from this restaurant tonight through Door Dash. They forgot to include a sauce, but the wings were delicious with their house original rub! The pizza was also tasty. I'm looking forward to trying their Pictou Sauce next time.
