Buta Ramen - Dartmouth

This place is a gem. The food is fresh, rich in taste, reasonably priced, and with fair portions. I had the Tonkatsu Ramen and my wife had the Tantanmen. Both were brilliant. Our server, Erin, was warm and hospitable. I highly recommend this place.

First timer. Tried the Tantanmen regular spice. Admittedly, as a newbie, I was put off by the colour of the egg. That said, the egg was the best part! Personally, were I to try it again I?d ask for the extra spicy version.

Awesome, just awesome. It's a small restaurant, but it's neat,tidy and clean. Service was great! Fast, accurate and the food was amazing! I had the tonkotsu ramen, and my wife had the Tantanmen. Both were so favorful and filling! Highly recommend!

We tried Buta Ramen in Halifax, and we try Buta Ramen here in Dartmouth because it is so much easier to find a parking spot. The food is just as delicious as the other one. But I like the atmosphere so much better because it is less crowded, aka quieter. Make sure you try all the food on their menu because there are all really nice.

The food was phenomenal, especially the chashu and the noodle. It reminds me of my favourite restaurant from my hometown. The matcha cheese cake was good as well, I would have ordered more if I hadn?t been stuffed haha. If the music volume had been a little bit lower then it would have been a perfect dine in. Anyway, the server saved my mood ? Thank you
