It seemed to be a family run, one of a kind cozy restaurant with good tradit... read more We walked to this restaurant from NH Hotel and found just what we were looking for! It seemed to be a family run, one of a kind cozy restaurant with good traditional German food. It is obviously a favorite local place as it was filled and everyone knew one another. There were no English menus (a good sign) but waitress spoke perfect English. She was very helpful and kind. My husband and I each had a .5 L beer and a wonderful mixed salad. I had the small schnitzel with mushrooms and cream gravy and french fries. He had goulash with roasted potatoes. No room for dessert. The bill was under 20 euro. We may have to fly thru Frankfurt on our next trip to Europe just to go back!
