If they want their fast eating to go to mcdonalds, the just Eat orders are clearly prioritised, as they run without waiting. we were driving on Sat 11. dez and had to wait 1 hour in the drive thru as soon as they in. the drive are thru there is no back. ffs
So I attended this restaurant at 13.00 and I had an hours break (I’m a staff nurse in a hospital doing a 12 hour shift) after 45 minutes I had to ask for a refund as I needed to be back at work to finish...my 12 hour shift. No apology from staff and I’ve had to remain hungry all day!!! Should of went to Mac Donald’s then at least I would of had my food!!!
The dustiest food I've ever had the displeasure of consuming. The chicken was a visual abomination, and even worse to taste. I could have flown to Kazakhstan and back twice, wrote the entire works of Shakespeare but translated into Korean, developed a cure to cancer...and pushed my nan down the stairs before my order was ready. Absolutely shambolic.
The staff concentrate on Just Eat or Deliveroo orders first, then the drive thru and finally walk ins. I walked in this evening and forty minutes later walked out with my order. When I got home five minutes later I found the chips were stone...cold, not slightly warm but stone cold. The bucket of chicken was just a mass of grease and soggy pieces of coating, it was as though they had kept the chicken in a tray and had tipped what was left into the bucket they gave to me. After I had seperated the pieces i found there to be one short. Three pieces were drumsticks that had disintegrated, two were bottom rib that had no skin on and the rest were wings. There was no decent pieces in the bucket. I had also ordered a boneless strip meal that cost £7.48 and had three strips no longer than my thumb, a box of popcorn chicken that had five pieces of chicken, basically half a box and twelve fries. All cold. The gravy was half a tub. What can I say but it is the biggest rip off ever. You get half the food you would get anywhere else. The staff are hopeless and have no idea what they are doing, presumably down to the lack of training and kept on saying between themselves that they were running out of things and that there would be half an hour wait. Obviously this was what happened to me but they used the new food for the delivery and drive thru orders and gave me the rubbish. The whole experience was one I will not repeat and complaining is a waste of time as the management don't care. It's a pity as years ago this KFC used to be the best in the area and now it's a cess pit.
I traveled almost an hour to see what this restaurant had to offer. Naturally, I went to the restroom after the long journey. I was astonished to find a large turd left in the toilet bowl. I had never seen anything like it before, both disgusted and impressed by its size. I lost my appetite.
