We were allowed to sit and choose our cocktails, only to be informed that they were not serving cocktails. This was extremely disappointing. If a cocktail bar is not serving cocktails, they should inform customers and remove the menu.
My group went for afternoon tea at the cozy restaurant. We had booked a few weeks in advance and requested the fire be lit due to the cold weather. Despite asking multiple times, one staff member finally admitted they didn't have sticks or newspaper to light the fire. We ended up keeping our coats on and feeling cold throughout the meal. Last year, the fire was lit for us and we had a great time which is why we rebooked. The food was delicious, but the overall experience was disappointing and I ended up catching a cold. It's a shame because we wanted to continue coming back, but now we have to look for a warmer venue.

We had the most amazing birthday bottomless afternoon tea. The team were so attentive (the prosecco kept on flowing! and nothing was too much trouble. One of us has a special diet which they catered for, birthday celebrations which they helped with and took photos for us! An all round 5 star service! Thanks for making the day go so well x
Held a baby shower here for my friend a few months ago. The room was lovely and clean and all the tables and chairs were in place when I arrived which was fab! I felt very stressed and the staff were really lovely and helped a lot! Even cleaned up for me when I dropped a full box of 12 cupcakes a few minutes before everyone arrived oops! The drinks were amazing, the room looked gorgeous and I’d definitely hire it for an event again! Thanks so much xx
