The Shortlist Espresso Bar

Large local ambiente and friendly staff make this place back to an approximate caffe. my only qualm was the roasted croissant, which served as a thin sheet, literally was roasted for a bone. the soft puffy pastries normally offered by a croissant lacked due to this technique.

For a rather small place that looks like their average run of the mill caffe, this place keeps them happy < br/> small but creative menu packaging taste. the other half of the menu is a seasonal special card. the personal was helpful with the choice and eating came hot and fast

The service in Sydney is average at best, but this place is terrible. The staff seem too worried about maintaining their 'Too cool to care' image and not concerned enough with doing a good job. When the food eventually arrived and I reminded them of the missing coffee, it tasted ok but nothing flash

Tried to get served at Tripod nest door with no success. Walked in here and was greeted straight away - what a contrast! Great coffee and the best chicken sambo ever!

If the weather is fine sit outside and watch the Uni students heading to their studies while you enjoy probably the best bacon and egg roll and coffee in Sydney! I love this funky little cafe and could sit here all day every day. Don't tell anyone else though or they'll all be here!
