Papa John's Pizza - Darlington

If you order 2 large pizza online and pick them up from the store you will get 2 for the price of 1 at the moment, save £20, they always have a lot of different offers at all times and the pizza and cookies are also not half bad!

OMG!!!! That was the best pizza I had for years. Just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Even the employees were friendly when I called with questions about online ordering. Whoever made my pizza, please don't go. Wow, I can't believe how good that was. My husband even said how good this pizza was. The lady who delivered my pizza was so nice. Thank you. Dad! Johns for such a delicious pizza and great staff.

I ordered a pizza Thursday night 7/28 and it never arrived. When it was out for delivery the app showed the driver a block or two away just sitting there for about 20 minutes before the app showed it was delivered. I immediately called the store butnever did get an answer. I sent corporate a message explaining the situation and the next day the franchise owner sent me anemail. She didn't offer a refund, only offered 1 medium 2 topping pizzas which still doesn't add up to what I originallyordered. I was Finally able to get someone on the phone the next morning. That lady said the manager would call me in about anhour to get card info so she could refund my money. It's currently Sunday morning and I still have yet to hear from anyone. I'mnot as upset about the money as I am about thinking the driver probably ate my pizza and lied about making the delivery. Itwould appear they have no plan to return my money so I've disputed it with PayPal.

Bad experience everytime! Deliveries are almost 3 hrs from order time. They will mark the delivery complete when its no way close to being delivered. Order is always wrong and the driver will take off fast before you can check the order in front ofthem and you can't get anyone on the phone to fix it. Close and convenient isn't always good!

Ordered pizza at 4:56 pm for delivery. By 8:00 pm still no pizza so my daughter goes to Domino?s to pick it up when she gets there they told her it wasn?t ready. It don?t take 3 hours to fix 2 pizza?s, bread bites wings. We ended up eat from BurgerKing instead it only took a few minutes to get our food.
