Located on the corner of Goulburn and Crown Street in Surry Hills, Pablo's Vice has been a beloved local espresso bar for over 18 years. Despite changing ownership, the cafe has maintained its welcoming and familiar atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Known for our signature perfectly poached eggs stacks, we are now expanding our menu to offer new vegetarian and vegan options. From a winter salad with kale, pomegranate, and pear to a vegan burger with a Cajun-spiced chickpea and cauliflower patty, we are now a diverse and inclusive cafe. Of course, the famous Pablo's burger is still on the menu, now with additional options like maple bacon and American-style cheddar. Enjoy our great selection of sides, including sweet potato fries, onion rings, and tempura zucchini chips. And for those looking to relax after a day of shopping, we now offer a variety of Tippity teas to accompany our delicious Bob Pete's treats. Visited on a Tuesday afternoon for coffee and late snack - food was finished as the chef had to leave so we decided to just have coffee - macchiato came out as an espresso flat white was like Grandma's cup of International Roast boiling hot zero foam View all feedback.

The interior of the restaurant is small and oddly shaped, with limited seating. However, I was quite comfortable in there. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with unique ingredients like haloumi not typically found on other menus. The coffee was good, and the staff was friendly. I would love to return.

Located at the corner of Crown Street and Goulburn Street in Darlinghurst, this great little cafe is dog friendly and has a funky, young vibe. With seating available both inside and outside, we were able to enjoy two of their special dishes and two light meals during our first visit. The eggs benedict and Nutella French toast from the specials menu were both delightful and beautifully presented. We also tried the zucchini tempura chips and onion rings for our light meals, with the onion rings receiving two thumbs up for their crispiness and delicious flavor. They were served with a fantastic honey mustard sauce. Our drinks of choice were coffee (Campos) and a smoothie, both of which were delicious. In addition to food and drinks, the cafe sells sweet treats, protein balls, and liquor.

We have been here atleast 8 times and every time is just as good as the first, the eggs Benny is sooo good and at an unreal price. The coffee and staff are just as good aswell.

Take a seat and enjoy lovely staff and great coffee in a quite nice corner! Their snacks look also very delicious... have a try!

This place always takes forever to make the food, it's okay food but to be honest find somewhere else unless you have so much time to wait.
