Haven't bothered to write a review for anything before ever so I'm new at it but I'm not new to eating. Very experienced at eating and I loved Harumi. Very fresh sashimi, everything we ordered was delicious. It does look like a standard Japanese joint from the outside but it beats many swankier places hands down. View all feedback.
What Modesto Kautzer dislikes about Harumi:
Monday evening dinner, ordered sweet kyoja, kalamari tempura, karage huh, dynamit roll and big sashimi set. at the arrival we realized that we ordered too many fried dishes. it was mistaken on our side we were eating fairly about fried when we received kalamari tempura. but I can say that her fried food is quite good, well fed and not too oily. dynamite roll was beautiful, crispy texture went well with soft fillings... I came here with a Groupon special and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and generous portion sizes. The service was very friendly and overall it was a great experience. I will definitely be coming back again!
This Japanese restaurant in Darlinghurst is a popular choice among my colleagues at the office. It is a convenient spot where you can grab some rolls for $3.50 or opt for more elaborate and larger options. You can also dine in and enjoy their meals. They offer lunch specials at competitive prices (under $15) with a wide variety of noodles, udon, rice, sushi, and sashimi. All of their dishes are satisfying and delicious for the price. Personally, I recommend trying their Alaska and rainbow rolls, as they are particularly tasty. I highly recommend giving them a try!
I absolutely adore this charming Japanese restaurant. The staff members are delightful and the food is fantastic! The agedashi tofu was the standout dish, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The sashimi was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the gyoza was unlike any other I've had before. The service is quick and efficient, making it the ideal spot for a midweek dinner.
