Was Jamir Abshire at Guilty a mag?
This bar offers a great selection of beers on tap including Melbourne Bitter in the heart of Sydney, as well as great cocktails and mixed drinks. My partner and I had a kecksburger and mack dawg with a side of mac & cheese loaded fries. I would have loved to have posted a photo of the food as it was well presented but we inhaled the delicious fare before I could pick up my phone. Great atmosphere, great food and drin... The setting, food, and staff are all excellent. Sydney is fortunate to have another fantastic spot for American-style burgers and delicious comfort food. If you enjoy cheese, you'll be in for a treat here.
I recently tried the burger and Mac n cheese with a hot dog at this restaurant. The presentation was so creative, especially how they wrapped the burger to ensure that you experience all the layers with every bite. The staff was very friendly and also helped me choose a beer from their great selection. The cocktails were top-notch. Overall, a first-class experience.
ONE OF THE BEST BURGERS IVE EVER HAD!!! I like to consider my self a bit of a burger connoisseur, eating at all the popular Sydney burger joints, so when a friend told me one of the best burgers he ever had was from this place, I told him he didn't know what he was talking about. After being persuaded to go down I had to bite my toungue, the burger had the hands down best damn fried chicken I have ever had! Amazing sauce topped with juicy bacon and a bun I could only describe as heaven! Amazing craft beers and cocktails too! This is a must try kinda place!
Drinks/Food: The restaurant offers a good selection of drinks with 10 options on tap, and food is served until midnight on a Saturday night. Staff: The staff is relaxed and chill. Atmosphere: The atmosphere gives off a vibe similar to an American side alley bar, with awesome music playing. Decor: The decor is basic with bubble wallpaper and a slightly chipped marble bar. The chairs are simple steel beams, giving off an industrial style vibe. Bathroom: The bathroom was a bit of a letdown with ripped out toilet seats, but still functional. Navigating the stairs could be an issue for drunk patrons.
