I loved BDC it was such a great meal, super friendly staff and a great venue!!! From the time we sat down we felt really welcome and comfortable. The menu was great and everything we ate was delicious!!! The zucchini flower entree was Awesome!!! I also really liked the home made chilli sauce and the best pasta I’ve had for a long time. The food was amazing, completely delicious and great generous portion sizes. When we had service it was good, that was when the waiters wernt standing in the open kitchen eat straight off the meat slicer. Had to physically wave at a waitress in pink overalls after she walked passed us 6 times to get the bill. She turned around and with a mouth full of food told us she would get it in a minute. This place has been high on my list to dinate for a long time and not disappointed. we had a party and we sat upstairs. the restaurant is not for large groups, so this area is the best for big hits. we had the set menu and that was just eating. we started with tellers of antipasti including cured meat, mushrooms, frit and the stars...prosciutto and buffalo. then came the cacio e pepe. the famous Pecorino paper wheel. what a great concept.. a real public lover. delicious! in particular courtney was the waitress extremely attentive. a great night was from everyone. highly recommended.
The buffalo dining club is a unique piece of authentic italia that has fallen in sydney's urban chic in darlinghurst about four years ago. the buffalo dining club is shoebox size, would be generous. the entire space can maximum space, but it has atmosphere through the bucketloads. as the name already says, the buffalo dining club is dedicated to that most cheese, the freshest buffalo mozzarella on this side of the equator, imported from capania in italy the other signature dish they must try, is cacio e pepe, the fabulous and deceptive simple Roman pasta dish – spaghetti with olive oil, pecorino cheeses. the type and wise how the dish is served by a hollowed-out wheel of cheese is practically performance art. as a slight variation, the buffalo dining club adds a hauch of continental petersilie to this court. unless they fly to rom to experience cacio e pepe in its hometown, preferably in roscioli or antica pesa, in sydney the buffalo dining club is a good bet. overall, the system is simple. to begin, choose one of four available cheese with two of the sides listed on the table. then they can add prosciutto in or program portions, or some grilled mortadella, salumi or bark carpaccio. the second cursor is pasta. the choices are back on the board and will offer in the rule three choices, including the cacio e pepe and a buffalo ricota gnocchi. there is a beautiful selection of international weeps to improve the experience, from italia, frank, spanish, portugal, South America and closer to home. the team behind the buffalo dining club has another eating adventure, the chester white diner near potts point. chester white offers simple, delicious dishes built around cured meat, fish and pickel.
Wow. four years since I was in buffalo dining club, and it is refreshing to see a restaurant that has found a great formula, fixed to it, and that it is still booming company./ on a Friday night, it was packed with a line-up (lucky we have a reservation) and open, I found the tiny table for two on the side of the restaurant a little bit small...
Amazing eating! the cheese wheel served pasta is unbelievable, it is definitiw the price worth, incredible aromen. when the gnocchi came out, the part seemed quite small, although after eating the part was perfect and the taste was incredibly worth. beautiful experience and would definitely come back!
The food is consistently great. The service is on point and you can’t go past the cheese wheel pasta! Sensational.
