Unexpected and beautiful touch. Great location in Darlinghurst and interior is beautiful. I prefer to come for a more relaxed feeling on weekdays. Can be a wait on weekends, so leave extra time or book ahead:

We didn't have to wait and the gentleman in charge of seating patrons, was extremely efficient and courteous. Service was immediate, food delicious, atmosphere very pleasant in such a light and airy filled Cafe. Definitely worth returning and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bill's to anyone wanting a chic place to eat and socialise. We ordered the Crispiest, Corn Fritters with roasted Roma tomatoes and Avocado Salsa along with the fluffiest Ricotta Pancakes with Maple Syrup, Butterscotch Butter and Banana. Restroom situated just outside down behind building through a garden courtyard.
