Can't speak for others but this (Cass Ave lo... read more I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese since I was a child. My 3yr olds been asking since seeing ads on YouTube videos. Can't speak for others but this (Cass Ave location was super convenient and really clean/maintained nicely. I'd say it's great more for younger school age children due to mostly ride ons and small section of ticket games. It was perfect for us since I had two young ones. They loved the ride ons!! The pizza was surprisingly tasty! Crispy crust and good flavor to the sauce. We just got combo one Lg pizza and 4 drinks. You get your paper plates and cups in a little bag and your pizza gets delivered to the table. Free refills. With purchase of a combo you get 10% off time or point purchases for rides/games. Also random but i loved that they have the old school fountain drink spouts vs the single touch screen soda because I swear all the drinks taste better and not like a mishmash of all soda. Many hand sanitizer dispensers throughout and an amazing idea they stamp all in your party with a blacklight number so that no one could possibly leave with your child! They checked us on the way out to make sure! Only reason for 4? is that when I complained about the milk jug game not giving my tots all the balls promised on screen, a man (management of some type? gave me some explanation about how if you reach too far in the game will stop play immediately ummm they are 3 and 1.5... of course they may throw wonky or release their throw past the line. He was by no means rude but it felt a bit inconsiderate. If it's annoying or happens often just put up a mesh netting across the throw line. Also it was a SINGLE point he was returning to the card so felt even more trivial

All th... read more Attended a 10am birthday party and the place was super clean and the food looked fresh in the salad bar. The toddler area is no perfect for the wee ones. All the games were operational. The sound was a little loud near the stage area, but they gladly lowered it to a comfortable level. If you are planning an event there, I'd recommend the early 10am slot to avoid the crowds.

They provi... read more To my surprise, the pizza was delicious! It had a crispy crust and flavorful sauce. We ordered a combo that included one large pizza and four drinks. They provide paper plates and cups in a little bag, and the pizza is delivered right to your table, with free refills available. When you purchase a combo, you also get a 10% discount on ride and game purchases, which is a nice bonus. A quirky yet enjoyable feature was the old-school soda fountain, rather than the modern touch-screen dispensers. I feel like the drinks taste better, without that mishmash flavor you often get with touch screens. The venue had plenty of hand sanitizer stations, and I loved that they stamp everyone in your party with a blacklight number to ensure no one accidentally leaves with someone else's child. They even double-checked on our way out to make sure everything was okay. I gave the place 4 stars instead of 5 because when I mentioned that the milk jug game wasn’t giving my kids all the balls that were promised on the screen, a staff member (who I believe was a manager) explained that if you reach too far, the game will stop. But I mean, my kids are 3 and 1.5 years old! They’re bound to throw with a bit of unpredictability. While he wasn't rude, his response felt a little inconsiderate. If it's a frequent problem, it might be worth installing a mesh netting across the throwing area. Plus, he was only returning a single point to the card, which made the whole situation feel even more trivial.

This has always been my preferred location, but my family and I had a terrible experience with customer service today. The new manager seems too out of touch to work in a family-friendly environment, and we felt that his behavior was discriminatory. I believe he should be let go immediately based on the service we encountered. I plan to contact corporate to report our experience.

Just kidding—he loved it too, so we will be returning for sure. My only concern is why he is scared of the animatronics; I used to love them as a kid. It’s odd! The staff was very nice as well.
