When I requested something, she directed me to the cooking station around... read more The food was tasty, but the female staff member at the counter was frequently absent. When I requested something, she directed me to the cooking station around the corner to retrieve it. This had never happened during my previous visits. I informed her that there were no ketchup cups by the napkins, and they were not restocked while I was present. I had to walk to the cooking station to get my own.

They also offer a points reward system through their app which is a nice bonus. My recent experience at the Darien location was pleasant, whether dining in or getting takeout.
