Kingsway Kebabs - DARCH

The young man working there needs to learn the basics of customer service. They're not being paid to be on their phone. Then they complain about having to clean the table where I sat. I tried to call six times to discuss this, but no one answered the phone. When I looked outside, the place was not even full. It was absolutely disgusting. Like many other dissatisfied locals, I will not be returning!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It was atrocious—definitely not fit even for my dogs. I apologize for being so harsh, but I truly feel like I want my money back, although I doubt that will happen. This is the only way I can express my feelings about this experience.

The kebabs are good, but it would be even better if they could answer the phone when I call.

Disgusting, ordered 2 chicken kebabs, 1 with sour cream n 1 with hommus, way too salty, had to throw both out.

Very rude owner. (I’m assuming he’s the owner because if a worker acted like he did they would have been sacked by any reputable boss). Rude on the phone, rude to me, rude to his young worker who seemed like he was new and didn’t know to much, physically hit his Uber eats tablet instead of touching the screen to accept the order, huffed and puffed when my card didn’t work the first time, told him try again and he kicked up a fuss and asked if I have cash, I said no and he tried again and omg it worked. If only he tried that when I politely said maybe try it again mate. Take a good look at yourself mate because I’ve notice heaps of other reviews talking about your attitude
