Long Shot Bbq - Darby Township

The brisket sandwhich was fantastic! Brisket was moist and the portion was full...that sandwhich is a meal! Dont usually like bread pudding but the apple sold me. It was delicious!!! Subtle sweet, not a full mush fest, really good. Sides,mac n cheese and sweet pots, were bad...sadness.

Not what I expected. Not very flavorful unless you added the bbq sauce. I ordered spicy but what they gave wasnt anything but. Mac and cheese was wack. Wasnt cheesy at all. Not worth the $25 I paid. Maybe I ordered at the wrong time. Idk.

The pulled pork and chicken in the 2 Meat Platter were moist, and the platter came with the cornbread. I kind of thought there would be more going on, like a small bit of another side (mac and cheese or something given the price. The Slider Trio was great, enjoyed the amount and quality of chips that came with it, although some were under-done. Personally wouldnt get the sausage slider again bc texturally, it was tough to bite through the sausage casing through the bun, and I missed that sausage snap. All the meats (pulled pork, chicken, and sausage were very tasty! Buns were also really good, nice sweet balance to the bbq. Might not be able to tell the difference between the keto and spicy bbq in a blind taste test (so spicy could go spicier! , but still enjoyed them both. Not too salty.

German potatoes salad was greasy and unpleasant. Everything on the platter was under seasoned and cold. Mac and cheese tasted a few days old. Sausage has cheese and other vegetables minced inside and flavor did not mesh well. Never again
