It's really been awhile since I visited Jade Harbor in Chinatown. The restaurant itself still doesn't look clean to me, but they did keep their food quality. It didn't go downhill. The new young waiter was very helpful and friendly. If I ever need late night dinner spot in Chinatown, I would probably come back. View all feedback.

Nondescript looking restaurant with amazingly fresh seafood. We has sumai, stripped bass with ginger and scallions, pan fried noodles with seafood and mustard greens.
