Fortune Chinese - Darby Township

Food was very sub-par. Not bad but nothing great either. The hot and sour soup was good with mushroom and tofu. The pork dumpling were soggy and very bland. The general tso's chicken was okay. I liked that it was fresh and crispy, but that's about all that was good. I would probably recommend this restaurant for a takeaway, not dine in. For dine in, you order at the window and pick up your food from the window. There's no service as such. Also I don't know why they didn't have the heaters on in the restaurant, it was so chilly inside!

Good chinese takeout. Ate there all through COVID lockdown and never any fear... they clearly took it seriously. Partitions, closed dining room and hand sanitizer on every counter and table.

I have been here a few times to pick up food for my mom. I order ahead of time for pick up and the food is NEVER ready before arrival. This last time I called and arrived one hour after ordering. I stood at the window x 10 minutes while they packed orders before being acknowledged. I paid and then was told my order would be up in ten additional minutes. I asked for a refund when I realized it hadn't been made and was told that I could not. Food was made hurriedly. They will receive your money expeditiously but service and wait times are . Oh and I was charged an extra $1 because I paid via card.

Terrible customer service, very rude when they've made a mistake on a order and the cherry on too is the food was not good. Wont be ordering here again.

Everything was burnt ordered shrimp egg foo young and the eggs were burnt and rubbery the general tso chicken was overcooked with a burnt after taste when I called to complain the person said that's the way we do it here, I said okay you won't be doing it for me anymore, never again. I work long hours could have cooked it myself that's what I get but to each his own
