The staff is chaotic behind the counter, constant drama. The manager has a level head ... But that only goes so far. THIS STORE DOES NOT OFFER SELF-SERVICE DRINKS AND DOES NOT OFFER REFILLS TO PAYING CUSTOMERS. The store also does not offer a Whopper Wednesday special in-store. To say the least, I was unimpressed throughout the entire experience. Order accuracy was also not on point. Burger was ordered with Swiss cheese, they put American. Best by far is one of the worst BK I've been to, bad enough that I'm putting the review on Google. This is an example of how not to run a franchise.
The sandwich was put together sloppy, most of the cheese was on the paper. There was no sweet tea. Not to good as far as I can say.
