Tonight after much deliberation we decided to get dinner from the Fez cafe. We had a disappointing experience over a year ago and we weren't going back. We should have stuck to that decision. When we were choosing, my husband noticed that the chicken kebab meat had run out and suggested I didn't order anything with chicken. I didn't listen. We ordered a chicken and mushroom pide and a beef kebab. After 20 mins the senior girl working there said, your Pide is a bit crispy so we'll give you two of them, it didn't look too horrendous so I said it was ok, though how they managed to burn two in anticipation of the burnt issue I'll never know. They placed my pide next to the till. Turned out that they hadn't made the kebab at all so my two burned pides were left to cool. Kebab eventually arrived and we went home. I'm pretty reasonable but it turns out there actually wasn't any chicken left. My pide was cooled cheese, slimy mushroom and chicken skin, the absolute dregs they could offer. Lesson learned, some places shouldn't have a second, they won't be getting a third chance!

Finally made the effort & tried the kebabs at Fez pleasantly surprised no MSG the reason I have not had kebabs for years also tried hamburger kebab, very pleased with the service from the staff & cleanliness of Cafe, we now make it a weekly lunch outing.

Been meaning to try this place for a while, being kebab fans. We were lured in for lunch by the $7 kebabs before 3pm offer. Quite a good kebab, though perhaps could have been heated in the press a little longer as it wasn't that hot (and both of them heated at the same time so mine didn't get colder waiting for the other to be ready). I'm curious to return to try some other items on their menu. Plenty of seating available if you wish to eat in, all looked very clean.

This used to be my favourite kebab place. This was our first visit since the change in ownership and unfortunately the standard is not the same. Apart from the kebab being soggy and pretty average, They some how ran out of tabouli by 6pm and failed to mention that on the phone when I ordered. They used a paper wrap inside the bag which just stuck to the bread and had to be pealed off, and to top it off they decided to cancel all the existing loyalty cards. Absolute garbage, will not return and would not recommend.

The owner and his family are very friendly, but unfortunately, the kebabs were not impressive. We found the chips they served to be more enjoyable, which says a lot.
