Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers:
The food was okay. The service was eh. We ordered hot dogs and a patty melt which were good and came out on time. But when we went back and ordered a milkshake, they let it sit on the counter for like 15-20 minutes. We kept wondering why they hadn't called our order, and when we went to check on it, it has been sitting out. I understand that they were busy trying to fix the ice cream machine. Most of the time the employees I've encountered are inviting. The food has been good most of the time. There has been a few downfalls. The restaurant is not that old but always seems dirty. Like the floors in the entire place are covered with a greasy film then were quickly mopped over with a dirty mopped. The only 2 times I've ever went through their drive-thru I pulled right up ordered, but had to wait 20+ minutes... View all feedback.
