Turns out, instead of o... read more I ordered six creme donuts on the app. I was not told they were out of creme donuts, I found that out by biting into a lemon curd donut. Turns out, instead of offering me any alternative, they gave me three lemon and three custard donuts. I called, and I couldn 't figure out whether they were saying they were out or they misplaced my order?? Either way, I was basically given a that sucks and no resolution. This was my first time trying Dunkin. This was also my last time trying Dunkin. If I wanted surprises, I would buy a mystery box.
