The experience was wonderful at this family-friendly restaurant. The parking is located on the side, and it is situated on a stylish street in upscale Danville with plenty of cool shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and made sure our food was perfect. The seating was a bit cozy given the location, but not uncomfortable. What User doesn't like about Lotus Thai:
The dining experience was disappointing. I ordered the spicy chicken basil which lacked flavor and ingredients. It was mostly ground chicken with a few small pieces of basil and paprika, and the sauce was lacking. The spicy chicken herb salad was also disappointing, with just plain salad and dry ground chicken wrapped in aluminum foil with very little sauce. Cozy restaurant with outdoor seating and a parking lot. The food is great, good portions, good prices and good service! Will come back to try more menu items.

So slow!Lying about the exact pick up time!The crew said it will take EASY 10 MINUTES WAIT!THEN AFTER 10 MINUTES AND YOU ASK THEM ABOUT THE ORDERS, THEY WILL SAY THEY ARE PACKING IT AND IT WILL TAKEABOUT ANOTHER 15 MINUTES!SO UNPROFESSIONAL!IF IT IS THE OTHER GUY WHO'S DOING THE JOB MAKES IT A LOT FASTER, BUT LATELY THEY ATE SO SLOW!
Fantastic! We got the pad see ew, tofu fried rice, and vegetable stir fry... This is the most delicious Thai food I've ever had
Had a great meal here. panang and green curries had great taste. the room is a little tight and seems very popular. the food came out quickly and the service was great. good meal. a rule.
