I feel bad for the Cookie Monstah company, because they clearly sent out their worst team to represent them at the Revere Beach Sandcastle Festival. I ordered an ice cream sandwich from the menu. Theblonde girl working inside the truck was incredibly rude, but I thought at least she?d do her job. Wrong. After I ordered, sheasked me again which sandwich I ordered. After repeating myself twice, she handed me the wrong ice cream sandwich and when Isaid it was the wrong sandwich, she made me another sandwich. The second sandwich she made me was also wrong?it was the SAME oneshe made the first time, and STILL not what I ordered. Honestly she either had no idea what was actually on the menu, just feltlike being rude, or maybe was on drugs or something. I?ve never experienced customer service quite that bad in my life. Shecould not care less that she kept handing me the wrong sandwich. It was insulting.

The truck had some kind of technic... read more Do not hire this food truck for your event. We had booked the truck for 2 hours to serve ice cream sandwiches at our wedding. The truck had some kind of technical issue where the ice cream started to melt resulting in them leaving early, only serving ahandful of sandwiches. Thats fine things happen. What I did not expect was when I emailed inquiring about a partial refund Iwas told there was never an issue and that everything was working fine. My husband spoke to the employees that night about theissue and now they are saying none of this ever happened. I don?t know why they couldn?t just give us an apology up front andinstead continue to deny the events of what happened insinuating that my husband, family friends are all just making thisup. If you are looking into hiring them for a private event please look elsewhere. This was a colossal waste of money.

I was told that there was no set tim... read more I had such a disappointing experience with this company. I hired them for my daughter?s birthday party 5 months in advance. I was told that there was no set time frame that they stay, and that the driver leaves after the sandwiches were all handed out. 2days before the event I received an email stating they were only staying an hour, and that they would give me the rest of mysandwiches to keep for the guests who didn?t get to have them. When I emailed them back, I was told the driver needed to go toanother party after mine. They only contact you through email, you cannot have a conversation on the phone with them. But itgets better! When the driver arrived, he didn?t have the ice cream I ordered special for the event. He had to tell my gueststhat he didn?t have it every time they ordered it, because it was on the personalized menu, they have you create. Then, when myguests would order, he would ask them what was in that sandwich!!! I paid a great deal of money, and was treated like a completeafterthought, when I booked them months in advance. Huge disappointment! I will never have them again for my future events, andI will never recommend them to anyone else for their future events.

Stumbled across it by complete accident when doing highway work in the area last year and seeing it on Google Maps. Finally tried it when driving on our way to Maine and yes, it isexactly as good as the photos make it look. You can get ice cream sandwiches (with 2 cookies) or bowls (with one). There aresome pretty nifty cookie flavors like birthday cake and Oreo-stuffed, which is a chocolate chip cookie with a whole Oreo inside.It?s about as American as you can get ????????
