The person responsible for making the sandwiches needs to improve their reading of orders. Every time I request the sweet peppered bacon sandwich, I specify that I want it on a plain bagel with American cheese, but it is never made correctly. This is really frustrating!
I ordered a large iced coffee with extra cream and extra sugar, as well as a small coffee with the same specifications. Unfortunately, both were incorrect; they were just black coffee with hardly any cream and no sugar at all. I also ordered a doughnut that was so hard I could have broken a window with it, despite being told it was fresh. When I reached the drive-through window, I spoke with the manager to see if they could remake the coffees since they were wrong. I was told that I had to accept them as they were and that they wouldn’t remake them. I spent over $10, and I will never return to this place because of their rude service and incorrect orders. I also contacted customer service, but despite their assurance that they would resolve the issue, nothing has been done yet.
I want to give a shout-out to the fantastic staff member who was really on top of her game. I ordered a coffee with just a little bit of sweetness, specifically two packets of Sweet 'N Low. The young lady taking my order genuinely asked if I wanted any cream, which I appreciated. The woman preparing my drink confirmed she had heard my order and told me I was all set. I replied, "Yes," because I meant "light" in coffee terms. Just WOW!
Went thru drive-thru…ordered med decaf hot coffee. Picked up at window could tell it was not hot. Beeped my horn several times to get his attention….ended up having to go in. Explained this was the third time I’ve had to return decaf coffee because it was cold and I wouldn’t be coming back. His reply…..your choice.
