My wife was verbally mistreated by your staff at your location on 99 High Street in Danvers, Massachusetts, around 8 PM on Thursday, June 22, 2022. In addition to the food being poorly prepared and inedible, they denied her part of her order and accused her of lying. Your employees then threatened to call the police if my wife, Barbara, didn’t leave. In response, she called the police herself, and they arrived on the scene (a police report should be available with the Danvers police department). The absurdity of the situation is that it all started over a $2 order of hash browns! My wife is an immigrant and struggles with English. I recorded my phone conversation with her during the incident, and she was crying and very upset; it was truly heartbreaking. I believe your staff took advantage of her when they heard her accent and made assumptions about her because she is an immigrant, even though she had her receipt!

They pour energy drinks in their flowers and they use ur to mop the floor-they throw munchkins at at their customers-they are always so loud?️-they have no mountains in their scenic view??-they always speak different languages and make fun of us-seriously country music (bro thinks he’s in the western)?-And also they were about tk get rid of their donuts and we asked for them and they said okay then threw them all out in front of our face and started making fun of our weight!-they stopped serving Cotten candy?-cockroach infested?WARNING DO NOT COME HERE???????

I didn’t receive the full order of 50 mini donuts, and the jelly ones had no jelly in them. My kids’ favorite is the jelly donut, so this was a real letdown. With food prices being so high, you’d hope to at least get what you ordered, but that wasn’t the case here.

Horrible service obviously no one who works there has basic listening or comprehension skills. Do not go here absolute waste of money.
