Very polite, friendly staff. Came up and gave our dog some treats after asking if they could. Nice food. Nicely decorated for Xmas! Booking is easy online. Staff are and always have been friendly when had to call up to change a booking, or amend on the day we arrive. Staff are very welcoming... read more Booking is easy online. Staff are and always have been friendly when had to call up to change a booking, or amend on the day we arrive. Staff are very welcoming, accommodating and flexible and I have never had a poor experience when visiting. There are a group of us who all live an hours drive away so we use The Milestone as our central meeting point for our get together and catch ups from 4 to 8 times a year. Food has always been lovely with a great menu selection. We always look forward to the festive menu and are already booked. Great place, lovely atmosphere and ideal for a drink or meal or both with friends or family and is child friendly and provided a warm welcome and excellent customer service. Kid-friendliness: We often take children and they enjoy visiting and staff are lovey to them. Wheelchair accessibility: The place is wheelchair accessible with a downstairs disabled toilet and everything is spaced out well to accommodate a wheelchair or any person with impaired mobility.
