Starbucks - Dania Beach

The restaurant boasts an excellent location, features fast and friendly staff, and provides an elevated atmosphere.

I didn't like my experience at the restaurant. The service was poor. I asked for assistance in getting a chair, but there was no one around to help me inside. One of the cashiers even told me to wait until they were finished with their current task. What kind of service is that?

Starbucks is fantastic! Unfortunately, I stopped going there for a while because my order was messed up, and I found a mistake in my drink. However, the customer service team was very helpful and issued a refund. I haven't given up on you yet, Starbucks!

I got a birthday reward and decided to redeem it on the same day. the barista did not listen and tried to load me twice as I used the dieucks app to pay. my drink was good, but almost being charged for a free drink, was a spirit that floats.

Why is it that some Starbucks customer service are excellent and anothers you have to ask for everything.. is it the age? hope not. Dania Point servers need a little bit more....not a complaint just an observation... .
