What User doesn't like about Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Dania Beach:
Despite being the first customers of the day, we had poor service. Our server got lost waiting on the next table which was a large group. Our two club sandwiches sat waiting a long time (we saw them under the heat lamp) for the third entree to be prepared which meant our fries with the clubs were cold and candidly, terrible. All around a disappointing experience. View all feedback.
David was our waiter and the service he provided was excellent. in any case we come back and tell others about firebirds.
Took my sister in law and her family for dinner after a king day of traveling. We haven’t seen each other in 6 years it took over 20 minutes to get our appetizers. Food wasn’t warm and one of our guest steaks was under cooked. We all ate our dinners and he came at the end. She didn’t want it after that. Took forever to get the bill. I shouldn’t have tipped our server 20% she was t attentive at all.
NEVER LOOK AT THE EMAIL PHOTO THAT THEY SEND YOU....... YOUR FOOD WILL NOT LOOK THE SAME WHEN YOU GET YOUR PLATE. NICE PHOTO SHOP ADVERTISING. BUT THE SERVICE WAS GOOD AND FUN. AND THE FOOD WAS GOOD TO, EVEN IF IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE AD.
Trevor was an outstanding server and made our meal a delight
Our waiter was awesome! The Red Snapper was amazing!
