This place is a disaster! The staff is polite, I must admit, but there is definitely something wrong with the management. There were plenty of employees working, but they couldn't keep up with the regular flow of customers, even though it was only 11 o'clock on a weekday. The customer service at this Dunkin' location is awful; they are neglectful and rude. I waited for 20 minutes and no one ever came to serve me. I highly recommend avoiding this Dunkin' at 550 S Federal Hwy, Dania Beach, FL 33004. The lady working there was extremely rude with a sour expression on her face (1:35 PM, Sunday 01/23/2022). The customer service experience was just overall unpleasant.
Don’t come to this location. I live across the street and the only thing they consistently do is act rude to their customers. It’s not that hard to be nice to people and I get that your busy but not a pleasant experience in the least. They will leave you waiting at the order box, never apologize for the wait and then proceed to yell at you. Like couldn’t even get my order out of my mouth before being cut off. And shocker when I got to the window, my order is wrong. I’ve worked in customer service for many years they need new employees or some training at the least. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Dunkin’.
It is such a shame that NOBODY can get anything right. I'm surprised they even get my drink order right. But every time I order food it is always old or my bagels are NEVER toasted. The employee's need to time their food right. Don't make to much at first. I don't like getting old hard cold food. I'm tired of wasting my money at this store. And I won't even bother going back to ask to have it fresh, since the last time it took them damn near 20 minutes to give me a toasted bagel with cream cheese.
Rude and Terrible customer service. Ordered an ice coffee they refused to make… so, ordered two regular coffees with cream and sugar. Mind you not extra cream and sugar, but we were given nothing but water, cream, and sugar.
