I sat at the bar, ordered a coffee, and planned to have a big steak. While waiting for service, I asked the manager if he could change the channel to the Dallas Cowboys game. He immediately turned around and snapped at his bartender, which felt quite rude. The female bartender seemed upset, stressed, and indifferent, which made me uncomfortable. She never managed to find the game for me, so I decided to leave. What a disappointing experience for a customer!
