Perkins Bakery - Dandridge

This was my first visit to Perkins Restaurant Bakery, and I was pleasantly surprised! The food was absolutely delicious!

This was not our first visit, but it was definitely the most impressive. Unfortunately, our food was undercooked, and some of it was even burnt. When I asked the waitress if there was someone new in the kitchen, she spoke with her manager. The manager then came to our table and asked if we wanted fresh plates. Of course, we did! They promptly took away our plates and prepared fresh food for us. It was served quickly and was hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection. They checked in with us to ensure everything was good and apologized more than once for the mishap. When we paid, the manager inquired about our experience again. I told her that the replacement meal was a thousand times better and thanked her for addressing the issue. She apologized again, but I assured her that there was no problem at all. I truly appreciate the staff at Perkins for their attentive service.

This is hands down the best Perkins I have ever visited. The staff is consistently friendly, and the atmosphere is amazing. This has been our experience every time we dine here. Fantastic job!!!

We're out of town and that was our first visit to Perkins, and it was great. Our server, Michelle, has done a fantastic job, super friendly and fast service, drinks were always filled. The food was also great, we got 2 of the breakfast menus, portions were huge and everything was well cooked, ingenious if you want a hearty meal. We will definitely be back if we're ever back in the area!

Perkins is such a great breakfast/brunch date spot!! We love sitting on the patio. The atmosphere has amazing energy. There is such a positive synergy amongst the staff. I usually get the California Benedict and it's to die for! My fiance gets the dish with the chicken biscuit and gravy and it's really good too! Their coffee is always so fresh and they bring out a pitcher so you can refill yourself.
