order of pork ribs and calabrese pizza. pizza was best I had in the environment, boiled directly with a slightly crispy bottom and properly boiled on the top. the star, however, was the pork ribs, simply amazing, easy torn off from the bone, great taste with a few caramelized crispy bits and the sose was so good that after the finish of the ribs we immerse and suck on them.
