Breakfast this morning was very good. I got the $3.99 special, with 2 eggs, tenderloin, gravy and a pancake. Tenderloin was good, and gravy was homemade. Nice to find a place with homemade gravy. Pancake was good also. View all feedback. What John F doesn't like about Dan River Family:
I have been passing by this restaurant for years while riding my motorcycle, and the parking lot has always been full. Today, I finally decided to stop in, but I was not impressed. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to take my drink order. The sweet tea was very watered down, and the chicken salad was lacking in flavor.
