John Brown's Grill - King

With mama and sister. that is a nice little load in the land at the edge of the town of king. they have large Pimento cheese and chicken salad. I had the 2 hot dog combo today, very good. Look at it when you're ever so high!

The meatloaf was soon good. glad they started having lunch plates now.

Quaint Store on the way from Pilot Mountain. The business looks fantastic and is located in a picturesque city. But there was no dining room and we had to eat tired in the car.

Just go. We went for the hot sauce and maybe some ice cream, but with a $130 buy. Fun atmosphere with unusual aromas. Don't try it! Update Jan, 22: Not yet made by Da'Bomb sauce....and never will.

Unintentional therapy... I stopped in the Middle Land a few years ago, just before the Pandemic Craziness began and wanted to go back in this way. Talk about a great combo from store and grill. I loved every minute of my visit and needed it. I started with the car and heard some George Strait who tried to clear my head. Instead of and full of emotions of things. It was a dry autumn day with cold intermittent rain. When I went through the country, I saw Deer and Turkey in the beautiful scenery. Next I see a charming place with a full parking lot. I had to take a break and stretch my legs. I joined and although very busy at this time, I was greeted at the door with a smile and welcome to John Browns. I wondered to look at the endless treats and finally, after seeing the many cartridges order plate to plate, not to mention the aroma of freshly grilled food. I decided to order a record. I ordered the Pulled Pig with Fries and Hushpuppies. It was fast and before I knew it, I was out in the truck where I dived. I wish I had the pictures that night, but it was delicious. Everything calmed my soul for a moment. My problems were invalid. The pain and sadness I had earlier were almost gone. I may have eaten emotionally, but it was a therapy for my soul for a moment. The whole experience that was. The BBQ was perfect, Fries, Perfect and the Hushpuppies. After I had eaten this wonderful plate, I took back to my travels. But with a feeling of joy and a full stomach. I want to visit again soon.
