However, by choosing to sit at the sushi bar and letting the chef decide the dishes, I enjoyed a truly remarkable and satisfying meal. It was also a pleasure to watch Will at work and engage in conversation with him. I wholeheartedly recommend this experience to anyone interested in this style of dining.
