I celebrated a friend's birthday there, and we were very pleased with our experience. We ordered the charbroiled salmon and swordfish, both of which were outstanding. Our server, Jordan, was incredibly polite and attentive to our needs. View all feedback.
What June Leonard dislikes about Wind & Sea Restaurant:
Food was good and fresh. The place is looking a little old. The table extensions for our table were a bend down and the plates kept sliding and service was average at best. I hope after renovations this place survives. It still has the best Mai Tai, nachos and fresh fish. View all feedback.
Bf and I chose this place as it was one of the busiest restaurants on the harbour.

We had a wonderful day at Wind and Sea! A big shoutout to management for anticipating the busy Ohana music festival and providing parking attendants to help us find a spot in Dana Point. It was a pleasant surprise that allowed us to celebrate our birthday without any hiccups. Our server was fantastic—she had a lovely smile and a blonde ponytail (I’m sorry I forgot her name!)—and she truly enhanced our dining experience with her friendliness and efficiency. We ordered two beef tenderloins, one halibut, along with wine, beer, and a Mai Tai, and everything was outstanding (we don’t usually order beef, but we would definitely do so again!). Wind and Sea has officially become our new favorite ocean view restaurant in Dana Point, and for good reason. Thank you again for the parking assistance on such a busy festival day! I ordered the crusted walnut salmon , So delicious I ordered extra sauce on the side. I did see other people getting the nachos enough for four people to share. I will get that next time great atmosphere is perfect in the restaurant.
