Starbucks Coffee - Dana Point

The staff is attentive and friendly. However, I feel that the coffee here tastes different from what you'd find at a typical Starbucks. I tend to have a strong palate, so that could be a factor. Unfortunately, the Starbucks app for placing orders in advance isn't available at this location (inside Albertsons), which makes things less convenient. There often seems to be a line, and with only two employees on shift, it can take a while to receive your order, and sometimes it's not completely accurate. Personally, I would prefer to visit local coffee shops or an actual Starbucks instead of this one.

I’d like to know what’s happened to Starbucks. Is there no longer a dress code? What happened to customer service? At this location, there’s no greeting, no thank you, and nobody smiles. Employees seem to completely ignore customers while chatting with each other. One woman with green hair actually rolled her eyes at patrons. How is this acceptable in a retail environment? The manager was rude and unfriendly, reminding me of the clown from the movie Spawn. And by the way, I believe that the focus on diversity should not come at the cost of maintaining a dress code.

I placed my order and received exactly what I expected—quickly and correctly.

Super kind people very fast service easy access with a parking lot as well. I was able to place my to go order easily access, grab and go.

Cashier didn't know if they had Albertsons gift cards (they do) and was rude. There's a Starbucks in the store, which is a plus.
