Jack's - Dana Point

Excellent service. Interesting and varied menu. Parking right next to the restaurant. We started with carpaccio de pesce,thinly sliced halibut. Then for the main course we had lobster ravioli. All perfectly prepared and presented.

This was a great little restaurant! I'm a local and haven't been here, but I'm glad we tried it out today. The food was great and the staff was very nice and friendly. A little pricey, BUT that's not their fault. Everything is inflated and expensive right now. So we can't blame the business owner. Thank you for a great lunch!

Really stellar restaurant. Great service, food, and atmosphere. We had the angel hair pasta with clams and the pollo piccata, which exceeded expectations. Our waiter was very personable and professional. I'd eat here regularly if I lived here. So many delicious choices.

It was our first time at Jack's. I had driven by a couple of times and it looked great inside, so we thought we'd give it a shot. We went in Friday night at 5:00 Fortunately, there were 2 seats at the bar where we wanted to sit. The bartender was very friendly. The menu had so many delicious sounding items, we had a hard time deciding. They also have a Happy Hour menu, but we decided to order off the menu. I had the ravioli magro (spinach and ricotta). Unlike most raviolis, the sauce was underneath. they had a great brown butter and sage sauce on top. My friend had a the Pasta Salciccia. Huge portion. There are so many items that we'll definitely be back to try more!!!

I always enjoy going to Jack's. It is one of the few places in Orange County where a real conversation can be carried on. It's quiet. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. It's been a go to for this family for a long time.
